Creation of a Secondary Mortgage Institution for the West African Economic and Monetary Union

Shelter Afrique, Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement (BOAD) and several commercial banks created a Secondary Mortgage Institution for the West African Economic and Monetary Union to bolster the affordability of mortgages in the region.
